From Old Country Rd (traveling East): Turn right onto Plainview Rd. Stay straight on Old Bethpage Rd for a mile. Old Bethpage Rd becomes Bethpage Sweet Hollow Rd. Continue on Bethpage Sweet Hollow Rd for a half mile. Sign and driveway for Phoenix Gymnastics is on the left side.
