-BIRTHDAY CHILD IS FREE WHEN YOU HAVE OVER 15 CHILDREN -

- 1.5 hour party (1 hour in the gym, 1/2 hour in the party room)

-Invitations

-T-shirt for the birthday child

-Special treatment for Birthday child at the end of 1 hour program in the gym

-Set up / Clean up and run by the Phoenix Gymnastics staff

Cost: $395 up to 16 children. Each additional child is $14. A $70 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. You can order your food from us if you like :)

- OPTION 2 -

-BIRTHDAY CHILD FREE -

- 1.5 hour party (1 hour in the gym, 1/2 hour in the party room)

-Invitations

-T-shirt for the birthday child

-Set up / Clean up and run by the Phoenix Gymnastics staff

-All paper goods ,PIZZA, juice and/or water

included for the children . You can order adult food at an additional cost ( they have yummy grandma pies!), and salads are available too! If you order food for adults through us we will provide paper goods for adults also.

Cost: $455 up to 16 children. Each additional child is $17 . A $80 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

Birthday Party POLICIES:

* The minimum # of children guaranteed prior to the party is what you will be obligated to pay for. We wait until the Thursday prior for your final head count :)

* There is no minimum or maximum number of children allowed for birthday parties

* Only 9 children per instructor, maximum

* You can request an extra instructor for $45 additional

*We recommend the time for parties with over 35 children to be 2 hours. Approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes in the gym and 40 minutes in the party room. For an additional cost of $120.

* BIRTHDAY PARTIES FOR MULTIPLE CHILDREN IS ALLOWED ONLY FOR SIBLINGS.
